What if something arrives damaged?
If there is an issue with one of your products, please contact me as soon as possible via the contact information on the website or through thecrowcollectiveshop@gmail.com and we will get a fitting solution for you sorted ASAP!

What about returns/exchanges?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accept any returns or make any exchanges. We are working on being able to do this in the future, but at the time - with the exception of broken or damaged items - we can't accept any returns or offer any refunds.

My (shipping) information is wrong!
Not to worry, if you haven't received an email with your shipping information yet just email us on thecrowcollectiveshop@gmail.com or contact us through the contact page on the shop and we will get that sorted out for you!

What about the customs fees?
Packages may or may not get stuck in customs.
The Crow Collective is not responsible for it nor can refund the fee or do anything to change it.
We make sure that no packages have any prices exposed on the outside in order to make transition easier.

How does shipping work?
Everything except for the bookmarks are made to order, so we really appreciate your patience with shipping. When it comes to the prints we usually get those shipped out within 7 days. The shirts will usually take 3-6 weeks to get shipped out to you.
Once your order is produced, packaged, and shipped you will get an email with your shipping information and your tracking number - if you selected the tracked option.
