Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving a reason.

How to start a return or cancellation

Log in to your account at https://shopify.com/83823821132/account and go to your Orders to request a return or cancellation.

If you checked out using a phone number only (no email address), please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation instead.

Returning your items

Once you've notified us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to send the items back. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Your refund

We will refund the full price of your order, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving your returned items. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
